Please look for course availability in the drop down menu. Provisional bookings can be made online or by telephone but are not confirmed until payment is made.

All courses may be booked provisionally online subject to email confirmation and by payment in advance of a 50% deposit with full payment to be made no later than 1 week prior to start date of the course. Online payment will be available shortly.

NB. Deposits are fully refundable up to 10 days prior to start of course and 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to start of course.

Courses are normally small groups of maximum 4. We also offer 1:1 coaching sessions that may be unndertaken in your own home (subject to travel distance). Please telephone to discuss your individual requirements.

NB. All-day courses are two 3 hour sessions with a 1 hour break for lunch. A cold buffet lunch will be provided. Please contact for any special dietry requirements.
